"Un temps pour soi" is a sophrology program by Nina Claret to help you discover your body and breathing, learn to welcome your sensations and emotions, and obtain tools that are easy to implement in your daily practice!
In this second session of the Un temps pour soi program, you'll bring awareness to simple everyday gestures, learn to turn your gaze inwards and listen to what's going on inside you, here and now, and reconnect with your body and its sensations. These exercises enable you to welcome the emotions and sensations that run through you, then let go of what needs to go, to make room for the positive within you.
