1951年の朝鮮戦争時に寒冷地用に開発された米軍のウール素材のフィールドシャツをベースに製作しました。
当時のヴィンテージではブランケットのような素材で作られていましたが、今回は使いやすい100％コットンの厚手のモールスキンで仕立てました。
12/1×12/1の12オンスの生地で仕立てたため、ボリューム満点のミリタリーシャツとなります。
尖った襟、大型のフロントポケット、背面からフロントの方まで一枚で作られている後期型シャツを採用しました。
ボタンはベークライトボタンを使用。
CPOのような着こなしもできるように比較的余裕のあるシルエットで製作しました。
中にサーマルや薄いシャツを重ね着もできるサイズ感となります。
近年値段が高騰する50年代以前のミリタリー物ですが、気軽に洗いこめる素材で長く重宝しますので是非お試しください。
